Vision Statements

Troop 168 is founded by Scouts, for Scouts, and with Scouts.

Our troop is a haven where Scouts are able to express their ideas freely, make decisions and explore opportunities without fear or limiation. Built on empowerment, mutual respect and share commitment. We strive to foster Leadership, service and community.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to:

1. Empower Youth Leadership: Provide a platform for Eagle Scouts to lead, network, and inspire other Scouts while serving the local community.

2. Foster Inclusivity and Freedom: Allow Scouts to select activities, paths, and projects that align with their personal interests and goals without limitations.

3. Develop Lifelong Skills: Promote leadership, collaboration, and character development by rotating leadership roles every two years to ensure that every Scout has the oppotunity to grow.

4. Support the Community: Establish strong community ties through service projects and partnerships. Reinforcing the values of Scouting and contributing to societal betterment.
